FF7RebirthFix (Ultrawide support and more)

This is a patch for Final Fantasy VII Rebirth that adds support for ultrawide and narrower displays, allowing you to adjust the field of view in the game and more.

Features

General

• Adjust gameplay FOV.
• Adjust framerate limit option.
• Disable vignette.
• Adjust the size of subtitles.

Ultrawide/Narrower

• Support for any aspect ratio with corrected FOV.
• Centered 16:9 HUD.

Installation

• Grab the latest release of FF7RebirthFix from the "Files" section of this page.
• Extract the contents of the zip in to the the game folder. 
  (e.g. "steamapps\common\FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH" for Steam).

Steam Deck/Linux Additional Instructions
🚩You do not need to do this if you are using Windows!

• Open up the game properties in Steam and add "WINEDLLOVERRIDES="dsound=n,b" %command%" to the launch options.

Configuration

• See FF7RebirthFix.ini to adjust settings.

Known Issues
   Ultrawide/Narrower

• Some button prompts in QTE sequences may appear off-screen or move with the camera.
