Baka Achievement Enabler
Prevents achievements from being disabled when using console commands.
Also removes the no-achievement flag from saves that already have it.
Also checks to make sure that the game version is compatible with the mod on startup, and provides a notice if it isn't.
Only tested with the Steam version of the game. Likely only supports it as well.
Install by extracting the archive into the game's root folder.
If done correctly, xinput1_3.dll should be in the same folder as OblivionRemastered-Win64-Shipping.exe.
