Less Restrictive Spells
All magic effects will be available for spellmaking/enchanting, assuming you have the effect as a spell already. Also increases the summon limit to 10, adds some utility spells (like mana restoration, unlock needs a key locks, lock, bound mythic dawn armor, and reanimation).
Spell effects not normally available can now be found at Edgar's Discount Spells.
Keep in mind, a lot of spells might do nothing or have adverse effects.
Place in steamapps\common\Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data. Edit Plugins.txt with "LessRestrictiveSpells.esp" at the bottom.
