In the normal world, there are three types of nurses. One of them is nearly nude, revealing parts of her body. In the overworld, there are two more nurses, one of whom is also partially clothed.

Black Floor Fix
The game has a problem with the black floor being raised in many areas. The reason for this is the Shadow Color Offset setting in the color grading options.
