Mod Launcher + CakeHook v1.10.3

Changelist:

- Fixed issue where the mods loaded too late in startup which resulted in character, arena, etc. JSFB's not registering.

- Fixed issue where the loader tried to add .cak files already in use.

- During a game session, F11 now scans both directories for newly added .cak files.

- Switched from message boxes to game overlay for user interface.

- Supports WWE 2K23 versions 1.11-1.21. **likely supports earlier, untested.

- Fixed Steam Deck support. (edited)

To install:

- Drag "ModLauncher.exe" and "cakehook.dll" to your game folder.

- Launch the game through the mod launcher to enable mods.

-If you use the following launch option, you can still run the game from Steam with the launcher: "FULL PATH TO MOD LAUNCHER.EXE" %command%

* If you have earlier versions, please delete "proxy.bin","dinput8.dll", and any older cakehook and launcher before installing.
