Equestrian Center Expansion v1   

This mod enriches the equestrian experience in the game. I found it puzzling that we have a large Equestrian Center but can only engage in a limited number of activities, and even then, you can't borrow a horse—ownership is mandatory. Some features available in Sims 3, like interacting with horses without owning them, are missing in Sims 4. Therefore, I added new and some familiar activities to the Equestrian Center to enhance the gameplay.

**New Activities at Equestrian Center**

**Take Riding Lessons**  
For a fee, you can either bring your own horse or borrow one from the center. Sims can improve their riding and motor/fitness skills, while horses can also enhance their abilities. Lessons typically last between 90 and 120 minutes.

**Practice Ride**  
Borrow a horse from the center for a fee and spend up to 3 hours practicing your riding skills and interacting with the horse. This option is available only if you don't own a horse. The horse will automatically return to the center after 3 hours or at 7 PM when the center closes.

**Lease Horse**  
Borrow a horse from the center for a fee and practice riding or interact with the horse for up to 10 hours. This option is for non-owners. The horse will return to the center at 10 hours or 7 PM.

**Board Horse**  
You can board your horse overnight from 5 PM until the center opens at 7 AM the next day.

**Breed Mare**  
This feature is back from Sims 3. You can take your female horse to breed for a fee, though there's no guarantee of success.

**Offer Stallion for Stud**  
Another return from Sims 3, you can send your male horse to stud and receive payment for the service.

**Go to the Racetrack**  
You can visit the racetrack alone or with others. Place bets on horses if you wish.

**Go to the Rodeo**  
Visit the rodeo alone or with companions.

**Use the Bathroom**  
This was added to address a need during testing. It's surprising that such a basic need wasn't an original interaction, forcing Sims to travel to another location.

**Eat at the Snack Bar**  
Sims can satisfy their hunger at the snack bar.
