**Misc Mods - Ghost Fix**
This mod addresses a glitch introduced by the Life & Death patch, which disrupted certain ghosts in the game.
Particularly affected are Guidry & Temperance (Paranormal GP), the Island Elementals (Island Living), Felix Psyched (Discover University), Captain Whitaker (Cats & Dogs), and the Chalet Garden Ghosts (Get Together).
The bug caused inconsistencies in how these Sims were spawned, sometimes failing to meet criteria, other times not appearing at all, or not registering as ghosts.
With this mod, these issues are resolved, restoring the ghosts to their intended behavior.

Star Trek Drinks
I've remade all my decorative teapots as functional teapots, offering a tea in a cup matching with the teapot (except for the elephant one, based on my very own teapot and mistmached mugs!).

Survivor House Mod
This mod works like an event. It is better to build an appropriate dark area for this purpose. Schedule an event on your phone and select your character as well as other sims, BUT don't assign them the role of a maniac, the game will do everything for you.

Decor with a Purpose: Functional Bath Towels
With this mod sims can dry off to a few wet uncomfortable moodlets or change into and out of a towel manually. They will also change out of it autonomously if left to their own devices.
