Promotion Calls Fixed - Neighborhood Stories   

This update addresses bugs and issues related to promotion calls, aligning them with my call and visit tweaks to ensure you don't receive them for Sims with brown phones.

Promotion calls occur when other Sims contact your Sim to inquire about pursuing a promotion.

Neighborhood Stories is a modular mod focused on the Sims 4's Neighborhood Stories (NS) feature. Each feature has its own module.

Choose only one file for each feature, but feel free to mix and match solutions for different features. For example, you can disable one feature, fix another, and restrict a third to never-played Sims.

For each call-based feature, you can select one of these options:
- disabled: Removes the feature entirely.
- justfixed: Fixes any issues, such as toddlers receiving calls or significant others informing you they found a ring in your bag.
- onlyneverplayedsims: Only Sims you haven't played will be eligible for the NS feature (feature fixes are already included).

For each new social, you can choose one of these options:
- disabled: Eliminates the social completely.
- actions: Moves the social to the "actions" tab to prevent accidental clicks.
