University degrees - fertility specializations

🎓 University – Fertility Specializations

Because before you can perform IVF, you’ve got to survive an exam on the luteal phase.

Give your Sims a real academic boost with custom university majors focused on fertility medicine. These programs were designed to prepare your Sims for real-world fertility careers… with a touch of student-life chaos, of course.

📚 👨‍⚕️ What does it add?

Two new Medicine degrees:

• Medicine – Fertility Gynecologist specialization

• Medicine – Fertility Lab Technician specialization

Each degree starts with an 8-course medical core, followed by 4 specialization classes based on the chosen career. And yes, your Sims can fail their exams. That’s part of the charm.

• A new Midwifery - assisted reproduction focus degree

• A completed degree lets Sims start directly at level 2 in the related career, with better pay and extra vacation days. Basically, academic burnout pays off.

• All course titles are immersive

 ✨ Bonus compatibility!

The Midwifery - Assisted Reproduction degree is fully compatible with Pandasama’s active midwife career. A Sim who graduates with this degree can skip the classic training and jump right into active midwifery.

 ✨ Not into careers?

That’s fine too. Degrees are optional – your Sims can enroll just for the experience, without being tied to a specific career afterward.
