How to Install Mods in The Sims 4

Nipple dress! Inspired by Chappell Roan and suggested by chat. The only way I could get this dress to work is if it was shortened as the legs always clip horribly in alpha garments. But ALSO this dress is very high poly (again, thank stupid alpha clipping issues) - so unless your PC is very good, it's probably best to just use it for occasional wear or photos.
