Based on the overwhelming votes in my Patron poll, I have created something that's both an amalgamation of specific features from some of my other mods and new, unique features and enhancements.

Your sim and their family are automatically opted into Dental Insurance if at least one YA-Elder sim in the home has a job. If someone loses their job, the family looses their insurance. Insurance can be regained upon employment. Insurance allows for a 40% discount on dental visits.

Sims pay a flat fee upon entering lot. Flat fee varies based on discounts available including memberships and passes. You must put the Lot Fees lot trait on the lot for this to take place.
