Limited Item Repairs
- Limits the amount of times weapons, tools and armor can be repaired.
- Items can only be repaired a max number of times equal to the quality level of that item. (Quality 1 = 1 time, Quality 3 = 3 times, etc).
- Items can still be scrapped after they can't be repaired anymore.
- Requires EAC turned off to work.
- Not tested in MP.
