Finally, after a great deal of building and tweaking, I have given Downtown Del Sol Valley the much needed makeover it deserved. With 5 community lots to do, it took some time coming up with cohesive designs that I felt worked for the area.

The save file consists of 14 lots CC Free (6 community lots, 7 residential lots and 1 university housing). For instaling you need to place my file into your saves folder (Documents -> Electronic Arts -> The Sims 4 -> Saves).
