What is Basemental Drugs?

Basemental Drugs is a collection of fully functional drugs and drug related activities for The Sims 4.
The idea is to add more realism for people who want to add some illegal virtual flavour to their game.

The mod features custom drugs, custom animations, altered walkstyles, altered moods, altered needs, come-ups, peaks, comedowns, hangovers, overdoses, addiction, buying and selling interactions and loads more. I urge you to click the links of the Features section of this post, as it links to tutorials for various part of the mod features. If you experience any issues with this mod, have any questions or just want to get in touch with me, head over to my discord server. I am usually around and I am more than happy to help as long as you approach me in a friendly manner. A collection of functional drugs for The Sims 4.

The mod features custom drugs, custom animations, altered walkstyles, altered moods, altered needs, come-ups, peaks, comedowns, hangovers, addiction, rehabilitation, and loads more. Basemental is in no way promoting, encouraging or glorifying the use of drugs in real life. The harsh realities and negatives of prolonged drug use is a key feature of the mod.

Hello. Since I downloaded the patreon version, my Sims 4 game isnt working. There's no notification about the mod installed. I also downloaded the MC Command and WickedWhims Patreon Versions from here, both of them arent working. I then deleted all pirated patreon versions and swapped them out with the public versions again but they still arent working in-game. I cant open the MC Command Center Menu in Sims 4 and Basemental Drug Setting etc. too. I would really appreciate your help

    I have the latest version of Sims 4 installed. Also I have the legit game, and all the pirated dlcs by anadius, but that didn't bring issues at all. I played a bit today before installing those patreon versions. Could it be, that for example WickedWhims detects this kind of stuff and makes the game unplayable? Perhaps I should delete all those mods and start the game without them, save, and then reinstall them, but then I would lose all my progress I made with my Gang and Dealers. Thanks in advance

      Also I can't use Shift + Click on a Sim for a cheat anymore for whatever reason. Also came with the installation of those mods.

        Both work for me. I also have the Patreon version of Basemental and I have no problem. Do you perhaps have a mod that suppresses the cheats or a mod that is not compatible?
