Command Center by Deaderpool MC for Sims 4 is a global modification that significantly changes many aspects of the game. Now you can customize almost anything! Your game, your rules!

This mod is the closest analogue of the Master Controller mod (from The Sims 3) and performs similar functions. The mod brings story development to the game, allowing you to control the population in detail, the pregnancy of Sims, the birth of children, control the appearance of not only playable, but also non-playable Sims, control the speed of the passage of time, and much more.

For the mod to work, you must install the script part m c_cmd_center.ts4script and the main module mc_cmd_center.package, and then, if desired, any of the modules available in the archive. The main game process settings are configured inside the game through the computer, the «Command Center» menu. The rest and additional features are available in the radial menu on the Sims.

This has been tested to be working with (but does not require) GTW, OR, Get Together, Dine Out, City Life, Vampires, Parenthood, Cats & Dogs, Jungle Adventures, Seasons, Get Famous, Strangeville, Island Living, Realm of Magic, Discover University, Eco Living, Journey to Batuu, Snowy Escape, Cottage Living and the patch released March 15, 2022 — PC: 1.85.203.1030 / Mac: 1.85.203.1230. It will also work with anything after that Sims 4 update unless otherwise specified on Tumblr/Patreon posts I make after the update. Earlier Sims 4 versions may not be compatible so we often do not support anything below the specified version here!

The legacy version of Sims 4 will now, and forever, use MCCC version 6.6.0, which can be found here in Patreon on an earlier post and on my website.

mc_cmd_center	This is the main module. It is essential for everything else to work.
mc_career	Handles career-based functionality.
mc_cas	Handles body part settings in CAS, such as arm or leg width. You can also set up templates in MC CAS so that sims generated by the game have body parts that fall within certain ranges.
mc_cheats	Offers various cheat commands based on the world and sims.
mc_cleaner	Uses some basic game cleanup options. Getting rid of homeless ghosts, syncing the names of married Sims, removing unwanted clothing categories from the wardrobe, and more.
mc_clubs	Gives some story development to the clubs.
mc_control	Allows the player to have limited control over NPC Sims by giving them commands to interact with other Sims as if they were active.
mc_dresser	Allows you to set up blacklists and whitelists for specific items of clothing. This allows for better control over what Sims will wear and run methods to «clean up» Sims who are wearing unwanted items of clothing.
mc_gedcom	Provides support for the GEDCOM Family Tree Export Format for importing your in-game family tree into one of the GEDCOM-compliant family tree programs.
mc_occult	Adds options for occult gameplay, including alien abductions and pregnancy, and occult population options.
mc_population	Simulates other major story moves to move homeless sims into families. It also includes some other «move/relocate» type options.
mc_pregnancy	Creates a base story progression for neighborhood sims where they can get married and have kids as they grow up without the user’s direct control.
mc_tuner	Allows you to customize some offline interactions such as Anger and Mischief, as well as disable annoying repetitive actions.
mc_woohoo	Handles romantic interactions between controlled sims and other sims.

Features

MC Cheats

Setting the difficulty of learning a skill — the setting range has been changed. It now ranges from -50 to 10 (instead of -10 to 10). Default: 0. Each point is equal to 10%, i.e. -1 slows down by 10%, -10 — by 100%, -20 — by 200%, etc. A value of -50 gives a 500% skill growth slowdown. It is unlikely that there will be any noticeable improvement in skills at all even at a setting of -20, but the author was asked for it and he did.

Clear Active Household Flags — Removes all flags from the current active household.
Career Difficulty Adjustment — The setting range for this option is now -50 to 10 (similar to skill learning difficulty).

In the Cheat code for character information/Cheats for careers… added the function of dismissal from work (the game name of this option should be drawn here). The option is available to active and non-playable Sims, no need to use the phone interface. In the case of an NPC, the dismissal will occur at the next check of the game, for example, the bartender can work until the end of the shift. Also, if an NPC doesn’t have a Career Permanence Mark, the game might get them another job.
Added the ability to reset a Sim’s Aspiration (don’t know how it works yet).

MS Command Center

Copy/Paste Flags— Added to the Sim Menu, allow you to copy the labels of one Sim and paste them to another. Keep in mind that only valid tags will be inserted (some tags are only good for NPCs, some are only for active sims, for a certain age, or not good for ghosts or Death, etc.).
The following two options are in the Sim’s Menu…/Sim: Other (this is an integration of scumbumbo’s Change Gender mod):

Swap Gender — simply swaps the gender of a Sim to the opposite. This does not change the clothing and gender settings in CAS.

Swap Gender Complete — Changes the Sim’s gender, clothing, and all gender settings in CAS to match the new gender.

The following options have been added to the Show Mod Menu on Sim section:

All With Shift Key — in this case, the MC menu will be visible on the Sim (when clicking with Shift pressed) or on the icon in the relationship panel (here the game does not support Shift).

Sim Menus With Shift Key — The MC menu will only be visible when clicking with the Shift key pressed on the Sim, and the menu will not be available on the icon in the relationship panel.

Show menus on computer — now you can select All menus, All with Shift key, Nothing for this option.
Show cheat menu — new customization options: All menus, All with shift key, Nothing.

The Teleport Commands menu is a new section, the options Teleport a sim from the world to the selected sim, Teleport a sim in the lot to the selected sim and others have been moved here.

Teleport Sim Overlap — If enabled, when teleporting, the Sim will appear directly above the other Sim. If Disabled, the Sim teleports near them. (It is not clear how this will look in the game — either directly overhead, or with an overlay of one on top of the other. Possibly inaccurate translation)

Teleport Active Sim to World Sim — this option is only available on the panel active sim relationship, moves the active sim to the selected sim’s home lot, and then to that sim on the lot.

Teleport a Sim from the Lot/World to the Dwarf— any gnome sculpture should work here (I tested Gnomiversary for $15). On Gnome, the MS menu is available. By turning it in the right direction, you can click on it and teleport here either a Sim from the current lot, or a Sim from the world. In this case, the gnome will move to the side, and the sim will teleport to his place. If moveobjects is used and the gnome is in the air, the Sim will teleport into the air.

Show Gnome Menu Type — located in Notification Settings/Command Console/Menu… Show Settings Menu. Choices: All menus, All with Shift key, Nothing. Default: Nothing.

Turn into Servo— located in the Undead Menu. The reverse process is possible. Note. There are about 30 traits that are incompatible with Servo, and all of them must be removed before turning a Sim into a piece of iron. In addition, when turning back into a Sim, the clothes will be changed. Other oddities may appear when humanizing a servo. The core of the game does not support this, so be careful!

Maximum Rename Length — determines the maximum allowed number of characters in the name/surname when renaming using MS. Default: 14. Warning: Selecting a value greater than 14 results in an error in CAS if the changes are saved. If you do not enter CAS, then everything will be in order.

MC Tuner
Remove Books/Homework — Moved this option from MCCC Settings/Game Settings to the Change Interactions section.

MC Population
Dorm residents do not participate (Bypass Dorm Residents) — located in the Relocation Settings. Default: Enabled, in this case, elderly residents of the dorms are not moved to the nursing home, and single sims are not moved out of the dorm due to the settings of the MS Population. Also, residents of hostels do not receive the label of the homeless.

MS Pregnancy
Dorm residents do not participate (Bypass Dorm Residents) — located in Pregnant Choice. Default: Enabled, in which case residents of the hostel will not be able to become pregnant or initiate pregnancy, and will not be involved in accidental pregnancy scenarios or receive a pregnancy label at all. The same applies to wedding scripts and marriage labels.

Fixed a bug that occurred when choosing one value for the age of the pet, and not two, as indicated in the selection window. Now, if you enter one number, it will be applied both as a maximum and as a minimum.
Fixed an issue with sim tags where a sim had a tag for a specific module that the player didn’t install. For example, the label «There will be no offspring» in the absence of MS Pregnancy. The error could also occur when downloading Sims with similar labels from the Gallery. Now the labels are removed completely if the corresponding modules are not installed.
Fixed a bug where the option to suggest a move did not appear in the teens menu, although it was allowed in MC Tuner.
When a child is born, the names of both parents will be mentioned in the birth message and in the mc_cmd_center.log.
Some options in Debug mode were broken a few patches ago, in particular object reset/destroy. It took a couple of mods from TwistedMexi to get these options back. Now they will work even without TwistedMexi mods (but his mods do not interfere with the work of the MS).
Custom pregnancy settings for spellcasters in a previous version of the mod were announced but not actually implemented. Corrected.
Fixed a bug where teens could not select on the items «Conceive a child» (shower, bed, etc.), only «Fool around» was available for them.
Fixed other miscellaneous bugs.

Fixed issue with abduction pregnancies that caused a last exception to occur.
Fixed a problem with teleportation caused by a change to the behavior in some of the core Sims 4 scripts that caused Sims to not properly teleport into the same location when more than two Sims were teleported.
While fixing the issue with teleportation, I decided to make a change to the way teleportation to a selected Sim works. There are now two menus on the Teleportation Commands menu for teleporting to the selected Sim. They are “Teleport Multiple Sims to this Sim” and “Teleport a Sim to this Sim”. These sub-menus have the same commands that were listed previously in the main Teleportation Commands menu. However, there is now expanded functionality for the “Teleport Multiple” option. This option allows choosing many Sims from the lot and combining those with many Sims from the world and even throwing in some Sims by Name if you want it. Once you’ve chosen all the Sims from any menu, you can choose to “Teleport Sims Now!” and all of the selected Sims will be teleported at one time. I thought this may speed things up for some people who often need to teleport more than one Sim at a time for posing and such. The “Teleport a Sim to this Sim” works exactly the way the teleportation worked previously. A single Sim can be selected and teleported.
Fixed an issue with MC Cheats when randomizing or setting all skills to a specific level that would add invalid skills to the current Sim like horse-specific skills to human Sims.
Updated the Set Age Span dialogs for all ages so the “Default” value is always zero, which always uses EA’s current value (even if they change it sometime in the future). Before, the text said that zero was the default, but users could not set the value back to zero if it was changed to something else because the minimum value accepted by the dialog was 1.
Added new debug strings for testing cheats with debug enabled for the Horse Ranch expansion with placeholders for all languages.
Added Sim Menu support for horses (The MCCC menu shows on them now. Now for the specific modules)
Added MC Cheats support for horses on the mailbox menu (Allows deletion of horses at a world-level).
Added support to Population Logging to include Horses with the Pet flag and totaling number of horses in the world in the summaries.
Sim Commands can be used on horses for things like Setting the Age, Renaming, Moving, Adoption…
All Sim Menu commands that work for other pets also now work for horses. Just a note, there is no “Flag for no offspring” on horses. EA actually has not implemented a way for horses to not become pregnant, for some reason. They have no gender options at all, unlike cats & dogs that have a “Normal” and “Fixed” trait. No idea why on that, but due to that, there is no flag for horses.
Fixed an issue with the setting for Relationship Cleaning for Pets. Setting it to any value would put an invalid setting value into the settings config file which could result in a last exception later when relationship cleaning happens. Thanks, EG, for bringing this to my attention!
Added the flag to freeze motive decay on horse sims. (MCCC > Sim Flags > MC Command Center > Flag to Freeze Motives)
Added the setting to alter the motive decay difficulty for horses (MCCC > MCCC Settings > Gameplay Settings > Motive Decay > Horse Motive Decay Percent)
Pet pregnancies should include horses now as well. They’ll use the same settings as cat and dogs (Percent chance per age, maximum children in household, allow homeless).
Since EA added Sexual Orientation options for Woohoo in the base game update for HSY, I’ve updated MC Pregnancy and MC Marriage to use the EA sexual orientations rather than my own “Same Sex Only” and “Opposite Sex Only” flags. If you go into the Sim Flags section on a Sim, you can still set the “Same Sex Only” and “Opposite Sex Only” flags for MC Pregnancy, but this now sets the corresponding Sims 4 Sexual Orientation Settings for “Messing Around” and “Woohoo” gender preferences. If you set the flag and then go into CAS, you’ll see that they are set their based on the flag set. Pregnancy and Marriage are now using the EA gender preference for “Messing Around”/“Woohoo” in Sexual Orientation options. If they are set there rather than using MCCC to set the flags, it will still work the same way. Setting it either place will now work equally well as far as MC Pregnancy and Marriage is concerned.
Add Skill Cheats to Horses for the new Horse Skills in Sim MC Cheats (MCCC > MC Cheats > Cheat Sim Info > Skill Cheats).

Please note - this update includes some of the progress I have made with making the cookbook compatible with the new lot trait. Recipes that have ingredients will now be locked with the lot trait if your sim does not have all the ingredients.

I got sick of searching the pie menus for the errand interactions so I moved them all to a new pie menu called "Errands". The pie menu uses the errand icon and should automatically show up in the correct language because I repurposed some in game strings.
