To install download spiderman tool https://www.nexusmods.com/marvelsspidermanremastered/mods/51
To find Asset archive goto steam, right click the game, browse files.
In the tools click file and select asset archive.
if a warning pops up to convert asset archive do so on the tools section of the program.
I suggest backing up g00s000, g00s001, and toc to a seperate folder. if files get corrupted just place these back into asset archive.
If uninstall fails, and these backups fail, just verify files through steam.
Click install on the tool bar and select the mod you'd like to install.  
To uninstall: use the above tool to install "uninstall" file included in the download.

if you're having issues with the suit appearing as another color: You must set the folder "assets" and all archives to NOT read only. After that you MUST "Convert Asset Archives" on the mod tool. -pullow
