For RTS The Battle for Middle-Earth II - Rise of the Witch-King, the global modification Age of The Ring has been released - development took about six years!
The mod increases the number of playable factions to 11, reworks the vanilla factions, adds new units, buildings, spells, naval battles and many other mechanics.
The original campaign has also been expanded, several additional chapters have been added, and the "global game" mode has been completely redesigned.

Install:
1) Latest version of the mod: 8.1 (Requires version 8.0 to work)
2) UNPACK ALL FILES FROM THE ARCHIVES BEFORE INSTALLING
3) This mod requires version 2.02 9.0.0 of Rise of the Witch King!
4) FIRST OF ALL BEFORE INSTALLING, REMOVE ALL CUSTOM MAPS (If you have them), THEY ARE ON THE PATH "C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Lord of the Rings, Under the Banner of the Witch King - My Files\Maps"
UNPACK THE CONTENT OF THE ARCHIVES, THE GAME IS NOT INSTALLED FROM THE ARCHIVE!
1) Download, extract the contents, run the "Setup" file and follow the instructions.

2) Download and install patch 2.02 v9.0.0

Installing the mod:
1. Download and open AgeOfTheRingInstaller8.0 file
2. Unzip all files from the archive into a separate folder.
3. Run the installer as an administrator.
4. Install in any folder other than the game folder.
5. Download the AOTR 8.1 patch
6. Unpack the archive, install.
