Shiny Lucky Pals  

Introducing the Shiny Lucky Pals mod for Palworld!

Currently in development, this mod adds shiny versions to a few pals, with more on the way soon. By default, lucky pals will be breedable and have a normal size (not bigger). To change that, you'll need to also download "BIG Lucky Pals" or "Bred Luckies do NOT receive Lucky Swap" from the additional files of OK Overhaul.

Our roadmap: 

• Expand the Shiny Family: First up, adding the shiny touch to the rest of the pals.
• Polish and Improve: Once the Paldeck is complete, we'll refine and possibly redo some.
• Model Effects: Awesome model effects are on the way. 

Installation

Xbox Game Pass

• Locate Palworld's installation folder:
  
  • Open Xbox app, select Palworld.
  • Click 'Manage Files' > 'Browse': usually at C:\XboxGames\Palworld.

• Install UE4SS:
  
  • Get UE4SS from GitHub (latest release).
  • Extract to Pal > Binaries > WinGDK: usually at C:\XboxGames\Palworld\Content\Pal\Binaries\WinGDK
  • Open UE4SS-settings.ini and make sure:
  - bUseUObjectArrayCache = false
  - GraphicsAPI = dx11
  
  
• Install PAK File Mods:
  
  • Download and install OK Overhaul (Unzip the files in "Palworld/Content/Pal/Content/Paks/LogicMods")
  • Add Shiny Lucky Pals PAK in "Palworld/Content/Pal/Content/Paks"

Steam Version

• Locate Palworld's installation folder:
  
  • Open Steam, right-click on Palworld.
    • Hover over ‘Manage’.
    • Click ‘Browse Local Files’.
  • Typically located at C:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Palworld.

• Install UE4SS:
  
  • Get UE4SS from GitHub (latest release).
  • Extract to Pal > Binaries > WinGDK: usually at C:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Palworld\Pal\Binaries\Win64.
  • Open UE4SS-settings.ini and make sure:

-  bUseUObjectArrayCache = false
- GraphicsAPI = dx11

• Install PAK File Mods:
  
  • Download and install OK Overhaul (Unzip the files in "Palworld/Content/Pal/Content/Paks/LogicMods")
