Rosewater is the closest thing to a realistic face and Fresco has that Barbie feel to it. You can download the default version for them but you’re also given the chance to get them in non-defaults too.

Made the slider earlier this year when I was really nitpicking about the lip presets I made, especially the asymmetrical ones, and realized that I didn't pay enough attention to the profile look and that's why a lot of my lip presets are pretty flat.
