Female Genitals Mod

In Patch 9 Larian added a 3D model of Human female genitals. The asset is not currently implemented in the game, and it is not clear how anatomically correct nude models will be handled in the final release version. The implementation of the genitals is also a bit unusual, as it is a separate 3D model. This mod copies the genital model to the Human female model, and to the Tiefling female model. This is not how Larian will eventually implement the asset, but it works well enough for the purpose of this mod.

All adult Human and Tiefling females will experience this change. Vanilla BG3 does not include nude armors, so you need to also download Basket Full of Equipment NSFW mod to gain access to armors with visible genitals. If a character, PC or NPC, is wearing skin tight armor, such as underwear, the genitals will penetrate through the armor, as shown in the image gallery. This should not be a problem with NPCs, as almost all of them wear more loosely fitting pants.

This mod is in a perpetual beta stage. Proper anatomical nude models will be up to Larian, or a modder with superior 3D editing skills to mine, to handle. This mod contains only edited datamined 3D assets, no custom assets were used.

You should be able to install and uninstall this mod during an existing save game.

Installation

I recommend installing this mod with BG3 Mod Manager, but you can also use Vortex. Manual installation is not recommended, as it tends to have a higher risk of user error. If you wish to install manually, you should already know how to do it. Below is the relevant information for this mod:

Basket Full of Equipment NSFW
The Basket contains a nude armor called Emperor's New Clothes, if you want to play around with a fully naked character. There are also plenty of boot, glove, helmet and cloak slot items that allow you to play with a character wearing plenty of different pieces of equipment, while still being mostly naked.
