[UI]DFO Second Awakening art for all characters  

Replaces default character illustrations and icons (on char select, versus loading screen and battle icons, NOT ranked board and profile icons) by the ones from the  MMO, Second Awakening version.
Lost Warrior is not included, as he's not a playable character in DFO.

Some pictures (namely Enchantress and Inquisitor) have a lot of background elements included with the character, making it look almost opaque. They are part of the art and I couldn't find any transparent version online excluding them, so sorry if the massive fire wheel of Inquisitor takes half of your screen, i guess it's to reflect her gameplay lol
