The lot size was a bit too small to create a big magic school like Hogwarts, so I decided to do something smaller, and perfectly usable in game.

5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, family rooms on the ground floor, music room on the third floor, sun terraces on the roof, jacuzzi, swimming pool, family kitchen, large lobby, wine cellar in the basement, laundry room and garage.
