OASIS SPRINGS MOTEL
This build has 15 rooms in total with 1 bed, 1 bath, and small kitchen. i added a little fridge and microwave so your sims can atleast make their food. There's also a bar where yor sims can hangout and have some drinks and order foods. I added 2 vending machines on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
