With this mod you will be able to own several houses and even resell them, making the necessary repairs at the request of the client! And also receive a cash bonus from a satisfied customer. Payment depends on your skill level in the repair craft.
Not only that, you can rent out housing, hire servants, gardeners, repairmen and butlers, invite Sims to spend the night, and generally switch between families living in such houses!
Remember to enter the cheat code bb.enablefreebuild before buying a house and before arriving at it.
Tested with LittleMsSam's "More Buyable Seats" and "Life in Business" mods - both mods work great, no bugs or problems were found.

Punishing Energy Failure
Simple: Makes Energy Failure last 5 hours instead of 20 minutes. Energy gain is also cut to .25 per minute instead of the default .75. You will wake up groggy after losing 5 hours of your day.

Vegetarian Grab Leftover Fix
Vegetarian Sims will no longer grab non vegetarian leftovers from the fridge. Sims with the child of the ocean trait will no longer grab meals containing fish.
