RPG with shooter elements was created on the Source engine, which was previously used in the development of popular shooting games. The story tells about the difficult circumstances in which humanity once found itself. A series of events led to the fact that people entered into an armed conflict with a certain space race. These creatures are distinguished by the ability to use a certain psionic power - meta-streumonic.

First, the user creates a character and its genetic profile. By killing an enemy, the protagonist receives the money needed for various cyber improvements, and experience to improve his own characteristics. There are many options to destroy the enemy. To do this, the user can choose a hidden passage, as well as a ranged or melee attack. For example, you can remove the target with a sniper and go unnoticed, or you can break through to the enemies and shoot everyone, or just sneak into the building and perform a cyber attack, infecting the necessary elements with a virus.

To defeat a stronger opponent, people had to create a mega-corporation by teaming up with a friendly alien race. She helped humanity with her technology, necessary for victory. The hero will join the units of the elite EYE army, formed by warrior monks of the secret order Secreta Secretorum. Members of the group have psi abilities, and can also use cyber-implants. Having gained access to innovative technologies, all members of the order received new opportunities in the field of cybernetics, psi-training, and received part of the DNA from a representative of the enemy race.

The passage begins when the protagonist, waking up after the last battle, realizes that all his comrades-in-arms have been killed. Their mentors went against the world power - the united corporation, which consists of many planets - the Federation. EYE is divided into two camps, each of them has a leader - this is the Cult of Dei, to which the character belongs, and Jiang Shang Di. Both sides are embroiled in a secret civil war, which, only a dozen years later, stopped, because they had to rally to defeat the Federation. Political conspiracies and the struggle for power became the basis for the meta-streumonic attack, which, on the sly, decided to destroy the population of the Earth.
