OCB Parachute (A20 WIP)
Adds a Parachute for your player to deploy when falling!
Currently not locked behind any perk or anything.
Once installed you get the parachute ready to deploy.
Press `Left Ctrl` (you should get a message) when falling from the sky.
Also works nicely with my No Sudden Exit mod!
You can still break your legs if you land too hard. Meaning
either too fast or on a very hard surface (both factors apply).
You can steer the gliding and descending slightly.
