Lost Ark Character: How to install presets
What are Lost Ark character presets?
When creating and customizing your character after the class selection you can either save or load the adjustments you made to their looks. You have 5 slots available to each class seperatly. Saved presets will be stored locally in your game folder as .cus files.
Where do I find my presets?
EU / NA Version
1. Open Steam and go to your Library
2. Right-click on Lost Ark → Manage → Browse local files
3. Inside the Lost Ark folder navigate to EFGame → Customizing
Russian Version
1. Open MY.GAMES Game Center
2. Press the down arrow next to the Play button →Open game client folder
3. Inside the LOSTARK folder navigate to EFGame → Customizing
How do I add presets?
1. Download the .zip archive for your desired character look
2. Extract the archive and open the EU_NA or RU folder depending on your region
3. Put the .cus file in the Customizing folder mentioned above
4. Change the slotX part to your available slots (slot0 - slot4)
5. Start the game or when you're online already reselect your class for the file to load
What to do if the game does not see the preset
Open the template file in any text editor, Notepad will do.
Do not be afraid of krakozyabr, you need to find the region tag, it can be:
KOR - Korean version
USA-NA/EU
RUS - Russian
JAP - Japanese
And change it to your client version tag.
