League of Legends: Patch 12.13 Released with New Champion Nila, Sivir and Balance Tweaks
Riot Games has announced the release of content patch 12.13 for MOBA League of Legends . The update includes a new champion, Nilu, a Sivir mini-rework, and a number of regular balance tweaks to other champions.
“Nila is an ascetic warrior from a distant land. She searches around the world for the largest and most formidable opponents to challenge and defeat them. She received strength from the demon of joy that has been imprisoned for centuries, but at the same time she lost all her own feelings - however, she does not consider this price high, ”the description says.
It's also worth noting that Neela is the first melee character for the bot lane. Below you can watch an overview video of the character with the gameplay:
Along with the update, the Star Guardian event kicked off, thanks to which you can earn a lot of skins for various champions. At the start of the event, new skins are available for Kai'Sa, Ekko, Sona, Fiddlesticks, and Nyla.
The rest of the skins will be released with patch 12.14. In any case, the developers have been actively promoting this event, including videos and a great show at Anime Expo, so fans can expect a lot more interesting things.
CHAMPIONS
NO. NILAH.
PASSIVE JOY UNENDING.
- Nilah can amplify the healing and shielding abilities of nearby al qaedae. Allies that heal or shield Nilah gain benefits of healing or shield. And when an alligator heals or shields himself near Nilah, she has a reward of a healing prize or shield.
- If Nilah last hits an enemy minion, she and her closest rival gain the normal amount of shared experiences, plus half of the time that would’ve been lost due to sharing.

- Action: Nilahs Formless Blade strikes in line; enemies hit all enemies. The aim of a war with a neighbor is to increase Nilahs attack range and attack speed, and defeat her base attacks.
- Passive: Antiquities and abilities, whose opponents take to the advantage of an old age, are not lost by the way they heal Nilah for a part of the damage dealt. This effect weighs in and transforms the excess healing into a shield.
OUR NEW VEIL IS AVAILABLE TO YOU FOR A DAY.
- Nilah shrouds herself in the Jubilant Veil and soon gains bonus moves speed, reduces magic damage, and dodges all basic attacks.
- The ally-friendly champion may be disguised in the veil and they will be protected for a shorter time.
E SLIPSTREAMS
- Slipstream lets Nilah move by target. She makes it by walking a fixed distance of any object that she’s attracted. She can store up to two charges at once.
- Cast Formless Blades during Slipstream, pull waves, and carry to a point, while defending damaged arms, giving Formless Blades a more basic attack effect.
R APOTHEOSIS
- Nilah forces a storm of power, lashes his whip in a circle around her, and then puts a strong force in the middle.
- Poverty transforms the rays into a shield for the other hand. This effect is multiplied by the crit chance and is granted to allies nearby.
