What this mod does
Gives feat at level 2,4,6,8,10,12. Fighter gets extra at level 3,5.
Double spell slots for everyone
Double resources (Rage, Ki, Arcane Recovery, Sorcery etc)
Changes ASI feat to give +4 ability instead of 2
This mod is obviously not balanced and it's not meant to be
Does not affect NPCs, but affects companions
You need to respec at spooky man
