When you're finished customizing your character, go to the craft box and then to decorate the 3D printer. You'll see a section where you can add optional circles between the character's body.

Hello again to anyone who used my previous mod, I have been looking into modding more and managed to get a pretty good looking (albeit unfortunately limited) 3d penis working.

This is a retexture mod for the male Zoi's. Before you get your hopes up this doesn't add actual dong just retextures the base underwear (not the 3d one the one under that) to be skin.
