FarCry 5 Alternative Weapon View Model FOV
A small guide that will let you tweak the vertical offset of the Weapon FOV to make a it little more visible than the vanilla "Centred Reticle Position".
Comparison screenshots with "Before" tag are using the vanilla "centred recticle position".
To tweak the weapon FOV, you will have to go to C:\Users\<username>\Documents\My Games\Far Cry 5 and edit the file gamerprofile.xml.
Edit the following parameters: CameraViewCenterOffsetY="-0.32" and CameraViewCenterOffsetX="0". Launch the game, and make sure to set Options > Gameplay > Reticle Position : Offset.
Note: This tweak will make the weapon even more visible, but, the crosshairs will be a little bit above the center. The only "fix" is to play without reticle. On the bright side, it will add more immersion!
