Udderly Vehicle Respawn
Features
- Vehicles are removed if not seen for a configurable period of time (0 to disable), and a new random vehicle is spawned in a random zone in a random cell to replace them.
- Triggers a vehicle to be spawned somewhere when you dismantle a wreck (or car with a mod that enables that).
- Configurable throttling and distance amounts for the despawn system.
- Player claimed vehicles are not removed (via Valhalla Aegis, a simplistic claim system will be added to this mod in the future).
- Admin commands /scattervehicles N and /scattervehicle v N to spawn random or specific vehicles around, N is count (optional, otherwise 1).
- Blacklist to prevent certain vehicles from spawning.
- Configurable percentage of wrecks vs. regular vehicles for what spawns.

- Blacklist for cells where vehicles may not respawn (mostly intended for high-player-population areas to avoid lag if they all have cars there already).
- Configurable weighting system for selection of a vehicle by the mod when picking one at random (for now make sure you have enough vehicle types to balance things as you wish, much like with vanilla).
- Built-in *VERY RUDIMENTARY* vehicle claiming system so that the mod is more useful standalone.
