Artifacts getting an overhaul and rarity in different tiers. Also makes changes to detectors to detect different tiers/rarity of artifacts.

Recommended to start a new save when installing for the first time.

If not, sell ALL artifacts. Sleep 2-3 times and then check that traders no longer has artifacts in their inventory, then Install. But cannot guarantee that it will fully work.

ARTIFACTS REFORGED AND TRANSFORMED

This mod revamps existing artifacts, aiming to achieve better balance but still keep it within lore. It also introduces a new tier system for artifacts.

Changes detectors to locate different tiers and rarities, also some balance changes like cost, range etc and certain upgrades for armor.
This mod is balanced around veteran difficulty, and is intended to work well with a hardcore balance overhaul!
