EP07 bathroom Public 10 Recolors + 13 Solid Colors

The public bathroom now has 10 more colors (previously there were only three).
The file is default to keep its name.
Also, make a solid color version - 13 colors,
3 original colors and my 10 colors.

My colors are from the same dlc's awning and my own 2 colors.
