In CAS give your Sim the Storage Center trait from the lifestyle category.
If there's missing text in the trait please let me know. I did experience this but updated the strings.
You can download the storage unit above on the gallery -ID WickedPixxel
Make sure the lot has the all in one power pc to operate the storage unit. Set the Venue Type to Generic.
You can open the storage center to spawn a few storage renters. Close the storage center. Click on the customers to offer them helpful tips. Collect payment on the computer every 24 hours.
