Emotional Skills Mod adds 4 new skills you level up to unlock new interactions in The Sims 4.

In CAS give your Sims the Emotional Skills trait in the emotional category.

Your Sim will have a small number of social interaction in 4 different menu categories:
-Revenge
-Seduction
-Envy
-Generosity

Use the starter interactions to gain emotional skill and level up.  As you level more interactions will unlock.

Each skill is a major with 10 levels (computer interactions will show up on the all in one power pc only)

Skill: Revenge
Level 1    Acquired the Revenge Skill
Level 2    Can threaten someone’s life
Level 3    Can plot revenge on the computer
Level 4    Return an awful favor
Level 5    Treat someone like crap
Level 6    Frame someone for a crime they didn’t commit
Level 7    Dig up dirt on someone (computer interaction)
Level 8    Start smear campaigns (computer interaction)
Level 9    Send nasty surprises to someone (computer interaction)
Level 10   Take an eye for an eye

Skill: Seduction
Level 1    Acquired the seduction skill
Level 2    Start an enchanting discussion
Level 3    Showoff your sex appeal
Level 4    Use your personal magnetism
Level 5    Create false sense of security
Level 6    Use seductive body language
Level 7    Tell an orgasmic story
Level 8    Make a seductive advance
Level 9    Be masterfully seductive
Level 10  Seduce into falling in love with you

Skill: Envy
Level 1    Acquired the envy skill
Level 2    I want what you have
Level 3    I wish I were you
Level 4    Try to outdo
Level 5    Show your animosity
Level 6    Say something hateful
Level 7    Drain their joy
Level 8    Attempt to harm out of envy
Level 9    Accuse of flexing on you
Level 10   Blame for your insecurities

Skill: Generosity
Level 1    Acquired the generosity skill
Level 2    Offer positive affirmation
Level 3    Give something away
Level 4    Offer spending more time  
Level 5    Discuss supporting a good cause
Level 6    Donate food (computer interaction)
Level 7    Volunteer at a crisis hotline (self click your sim from Action Menu)
Level 8    Donate clothing  (computer interaction)
Level 9    Volunteer at homeless shelter  (self click your sim From Action Menu)
Level 10    Donate lock of hair (computer interaction)

Note: Last minute I removed all pie menus from computer interactions.  Please let me know if you have any issues with computer interactions.
