Pro Build 3 - Mod  

This mod expands your options in the arrangement of sites, adding many new features. Unlimited roof heights that allow you to create your own multi-story buildings, increased roof slopes, roofs with built-in windows, new building blocks, unlimited placement of mannequins on the lot, and even functional elevators that your Sims can use to get from one floor to another. Also, finally, it will be possible to change the color of the ceilings, namely, to install special ceiling tiles, which are available in 3 sizes. Happy building!

Here are its features:
- The water tool will help you make a real pond in the backyard of your characters, in which you can change the water level, 4 types of water texture, different shades and degrees of transparency;
– Expanding the possibilities of roof modeling (increased height, angle of inclination, etc.);
– Added flat glass roof + tinted glass layer for it;
– 15 new wall levels;
– Elevators are unlocked (place up to 30 elevators on lots, no CC flag in the gallery) and they are fully functional in apartments, penthouses and dorms;
– Tools for creating a rounded pool;
– Replacement of default plasterboard walls.

**Ceiling Tiles**

New ceiling tiles to decorate your ceilings! Available in 3 sizes, place them as "lights" covering the entire ceiling and use the new Colored Light Switch object to customize their colors! Available in 7 patterns

**Base Game Functional Elevator**

New functional base game elevator! Add an elevator to each floor and your Sim will automatically use it to go up/down the stairs! Add as many as you want to your lot, this is a good opportunity to model your own apartment buildings. Available in 3 patterns:

- Silver pattern
- Matte black pattern
- Gold pattern

**NEW Integral Roof

Pattern** A new pattern for your roofs with integral windows! Light penetrates even into your home! However, be careful, skylights are automatically placed based on the shape of your roof. I had to fiddle around a bit before I found the perfect angle to align them symmetrically (as you can see in the video).

The mod has 2 versions:
- No CC: These features will not mark your published site as modified in the gallery.
- With CC: These features will be considered extra content and marked as such by the gallery.
