Step for purchase the ice cream
purchase interaction will be available when you place that truck into lot or when sim ride that ice cream truck , and you can't puchase Ice cream when the ice cream truck in your sims inventory.

Cabernet Vineline
When you first buy the plant you'll see only the watering interaction and after some hours you'll be able to collect the first patch of grown produce. Afterwards, the interaction will be available once a day.

Fix for EA's Save Error Code Zero Issue
This is caused by several different pieces of data in the newly added neighborhood stories segment of the save file that are invalid. I was able to track it down to specific sims carrying the bad data, but unfortunately there's no convenient way for players to locate them.

Skateboard & Scooter Mod
Agree, it would be great if your characters cut through the roads on a skateboard! Well, now your character will be able to ride not only a skateboard, but also a fully functional scooter!

Powerful Calm Emotions
This mod makes it so that the interaction completely removes any negative buffs. Especially angry, embarrassed, tense and sad buffs. Cranky is unaffected by this, but Calm Emotions' base interaction reduces the amount of time the annoying buff lasts, which remains in place.
