Survivor House Mod
This mod works like an event. It is better to build an appropriate dark area for this purpose. Schedule an event on your phone and select your character as well as other sims, BUT don't assign them the role of a maniac, the game will do everything for you.
Your character will be placed in a house with possible "serial killers" and will receive money if he survives. And this means that you do not need to kill anyone, just survive. Even NPCs will receive money if they survive, of course.
The author has added a couple of assassination missions (but they are not required) for your character. As a result, he will receive a much larger amount. 250,000 Simoleons isn't that bad, is it?!

A simple tuning mod that will REPLACE the "Invest in Stocks" interaction on the computer. The "Invest in Stocks" interaction is usually locked behind the Investor branch of the Business career, so if you like that interaction or use it often, do NOT use this mod.
