New University Trait Pack  

Hey everyone! Today I have a pack of 5 traits for you all, continuing with the theme of "Things Discover University is Missing". These traits make a nice addition to any game, but I feel they go best with the University Aspiration pack I previously released as my initial intention was to include these with them. I decided to separate the two because unlike the aspirations, these traits should still work even if you do not own Discover University. 

I hope you all enjoy these, you can find names and descriptions of each trait below. Also, please let me know if you want more traits, aspirations, interactions etc. that relate to Discover University!

Coffee Addict 
"These sims love coffee, no wait, scratch that, they are OBSESSED with it."
This trait adds way more autonomous coffee drinking, coffee related whims, a tense buff when they haven't had coffee in 12 hours (yes they are that obsessed), and a new interaction which allows them to talk about coffee.

Sorority Girl
"These sims are more than your typical "party girls". Sorority Girls love to party, flirt, maintain their figure, but most importantly they care deeply about their friends."
This trait adds more autonomous friendly, romantic,active, and party related interactions, and whims. Sims with this trait will also gain friendship and romance faster than other sims as well as gain charisma faster.  

Frat Boy
"These sims are more than your typical "bros". Frat Boys seem to be more charismatic than other sims, love to party, play games, flirt, and workout. They can be great friends, as long as you don't get on their bad side!"
This trait adds more autonomous friendly, romantic,active, mischief, and party related interactions, and whims. Sims with this trait will also gain friendship and romance faster than other sims as well as gain fitness and charisma faster. 

Cognitively Impaired
"Sims with this trait have a learning disability that makes them gain certain skills at a slower rate. They will also become tense when doing homework on their own."
This trait drastically slows down the rate that a sim gains mental skills such as logic, research and debate, programming etc. They get a tense buff when doing homework unless another sim helps/mentors them. There is also an interaction so they can talk to other sims about learning disabilities. I tried to make this as respectful as possible, if anyone has a problem with how things are phrased, let me know! 

Studious
"These sims spend a lot of time studying, reading, and gaining skills. "
This trait adds more autonomous mental skill building such as logic and debate and research, as well as studying and doing homework. These sims also gain these skills at a faster rate than others. They will also get some whims related to school and mental skills.
