Bicycle for Kids and Toddler
A public version of a mod has been released that gives children and toddlers the ability to move around with a bicycle. So far, only two bikes are available, but the extended version, which is scheduled for public release on March 25, will include other modes of transport.
Four more new modes of transport for your little ones and children: a car, a tricycle and a bicycle with a basket for both ages. And also there are helmets for children and toddlers, for greater realism.

AOM Adult Child Care Job
This mod adds a Child Care career for adults and fixes the teen babysitter career a little bit. The pay is changed for both ages to be more consistent with wages for other careers in the game.
Multi-Purpose Furniture: Seating/Bookshelves
This one was super tricky and I almost gave up on it before getting a request for it. But there's a trick to it. Each piece of furniture is actually two objects. I split the books from the seat and divided the original object cost between them (§50 for the books and the rest is the seat).
