ALL - Brew Tea On Stoves
Requires the XML Injector
In the game, making tea is a very boring and uninteresting action, the character simply turns on the tea system, and the tea is prepared by itself.
The mod allows you to brew all maxis tea on a stove, compatible off the grid and simple living. Most recipes only use sugar because I don't want to rely on custom ingredients:
You can brew 4 or 8 cups at once (brewing one makes no sense)

Home at 2 PM for teens. All grades.
I quite liked how they got home at around 2 PM, gave them time to chill a bit before part time job or afterschool activates and it wasn't too early, so I made a mod that makes that possible, so now they get home at 2 PM instead of 3 PM.
New Mod: Improved Observant Trait
In base game sims with the “Observant” reward trait are really not that very “observant”, and they will only discover 3 traits after meeting another sim. Kind of disappointing. And it is even worse if you are using mods such as More traits in CAS by thepancake1 and MizoreYukii.

Frimlin's Expanded Rewards Store
This mod expands the list of Traits available in the Rewards Store by adding all of the Aspiration Traits available in the game.
