Powerful Calm Emotions
This mod makes it so that the interaction completely removes any negative buffs. Especially angry, embarrassed, tense and sad buffs. Cranky is unaffected by this, but Calm Emotions' base interaction reduces the amount of time the annoying buff lasts, which remains in place.
Technical: It adds four lines to the "Calm Emotions" interaction that was taken from the "Give Emotional Support" interaction that comes with the "Companion" reward trait. These four lines are "loot" (i.e. events that occur after the interaction ends) to remove negative buffs in the above categories.

You know, Death Flowers actually kind of come off as really powerful within the Sim-Universe if you ask me. You can use them as ingredients for your death-defying (or death-reversing) concoctions.

I wanted to make a new start ingame with an empty House and the possibility to build most basic furniture myself. So i added a new Craft Furniture to the Woodworking Table which lists new “woody looking” Furniture to be craftable.

Hygiene Mod (Increases hygiene on all sinks, showers and bathtubs)
I went a little different route on this one compared to my other mods in this theme. All sinks have been given the hygiene gain equal to the "best" sinks in the game (6 is the highest value sink in-game).
