Whim Overhaul
This is an overhaul of the EA whim system which enhances the chances for family based whims and tunes down whims to buy new stuff. Special whims for: pregnancy, elder life stage, childhood phases, ...
Note: Only install the packages for which you own the required packs. Tray out the EmotionWhimSets package and uninstall it if you experience lags/problems due to missing packs/slower computers.
Criminal Career Fix
Tweaks the criminal career to make it easier to detect a criminal. The criminal can now be identified by special idle animations he/she performs. Also, no more hidden decoy Sims will be created that lead to false convictions (and afterwards fill your save with unneeded, ugly Sims).
