New Radio Station for Stereos: Pipe Organ
The Pipe Organ Station will be available on all stereos and music devices and show up as a choosable and developable Preference Trait in CAS. It is indicated by custom icons. It's preferred by adult Sims and not so much by children and teens.

It's not so much the offline flirting that irritates many people, but the relationships that come after it. This mod offers a neat compromise - it doesn't prohibit flirting, but it does block the development of romantic relationships until your character clearly expresses interest in another
No More Skill Level Up Notifications
This is a minor mod change so that when you level up or maximise a skill you do not receive the audio/music, the popup notification or the notification on the notification wall.
