Tattoos Unlocked for Children and Toddlers  

Have you ever looked at the CAS options in Sims4 and thought "hey, they won't let me do this, so I really want to now?"  Oh, sure you have.

And so it is here.  Now you can add tattoos to your toddlers and children.  At last!  I mean, who wouldn't want to, right?  And to go with it are overrides for all the Sims4 tattoos so that either age can use them.

CC tattoos can work too, but you'll need to go into Sims4studio and check off the age availability for each one manually.  So that's fun.

There's just one annoying bug.  Tats will disappear when your toddler ages up or if your Sim ages down to a toddler or a child.  A Child becoming a teen retains their tats.

Updated with Island Living tats!  Also organized the tattoos into folders for easy deletion if you don't have the pack.

I fixed a glitch where you couldn't apply tats at all to new Sims unless you went into full edit mode.  Uh ... oops.  Also, tats can be applied to Aliens!  Also styled looks can be applied to Aliens!  Uh ... there's only four, so I guess I can see why they took it out.

I had actually added mermaid tails to the menu, but they disappear when you click out of the outfit and don't reappear if you go back in.  So forget it.

Nails update!  I lifted the toenails restriction for Toddlers while I was at it.  If you don't update this the nails category won't appear!

A while back I unlocked toenails for toddlers, but never overrode the tuning for any to allow toddlers to have them.  So the child toenail swatches have been overridden to work with toddlers.

Werewolf pack update!  Body scars are implemented for all ages so now you can have really roughed up kids.  If you don't update body scars will be hidden.

High School update!  More body hairs.  This is more of a "because I can" than a "because I should" thing.  If you don't want hairy kids delete the body hair packages.  They're also enabled for random (they're overrides), so ... you know.
