No ThrifTea Daily Notification

By default, with High School Years, there is a notification that triggers daily at 7AM.

There are two versions of this mod (only use one):
- noThriftTeaExclusiveNotification - Disables the notification completely
- ThrifTea_LessExclusive - Basically reduces the chance to get the notification.
More Children at Beaches
Makes more children appear at beach lots. The effect is stronger for lots with the "childsplay" lot trait. Disables fan situation at beach lots.
Harvestable Kiwi
Kiwi can be found under 'Misc Appliances' . [ Search for 'Kiwi' the search bar for easy access]. Jalapeno is tagged as a fruit so can be eaten raw or used in recipes which require fruit as a cooking ingredient.
