University - Teens Jump To University
There is a mod already that allows you to enrol teens in University, I wanted something a bit different.
This is my take on the subject:
So in my mod, the school will be the one to offer an High School A student the chance to enrol in University, during school hours. The chances are not so high (5) but they're way higher for Genius teens!
You'll get this pop up, at this point, you can choose to quit high school. The school will send the application letter for your teen, and he or she will have the option to check the application status:
Does this mod allow teens to quit school?
No.
Since they changed how quitting high school works over time, this mod now requires to have another way to quit:
1) Child and Teen can Quit or Rejoin School Mod - Triplis
2) Use MCCC to quit High School.

Love and Hate v1.3.1
This mod adds a new menu when clicking on sims called Passion. Listed under that is two menus, Loves and Hates, as well as the options Skill Jump, Set Random Preferences, and Reset Preferences. They will be described below.

Selectable Pets
Not sure why EA made cats and dogs unplayable characters. This mod will make them selectable/playable. They have their own needs and behaviors to choose from. The choices are a bit sparse at the moment, but hopefully, more interactions can be modded in for them.
