Apartment Neighbor Carina 

One of the few sims I made to be a neighbor, and pretty much the only one I didn't randomize the outfits lmao.

Honestly was just winging on the vibe for the outfits so maybe not that coherent.

Sidenote: Sliders, presets, and a random merged packaged is included in the mods folder but only the CAS subfolder is important; you can delete the others if you want, sliders are safe to remove, but I can't guarantee for the others. I renamed all mods to remove special characters so you're gonna have a mess in your hands and might want to check for dupes. or just use powershell to batch rename every file to remove special characters, though I don't recommend doing it after placing the mods because you're still going to have to rename the ones that were ignored due to being a duplicate.
