Lauren is a sweet girl who had a rough patch. She recently ditched her toxic friends and her high school sweetheart of several years after things didn't work. She then thought she caused the split with her partner and spiraled. After three years of bad mental health, self doubt and weight/eating challenges she is putting that behind her and changing her life. She now goes to the gym has better friends and is not letting her negative thoughts weigh her down. #Selfcare #mentalhealthslayn #girlpwr
